How we run it
We present the topic and work through the examples on screen. Best when you want a whole department to understand what AI can do without everyone needing a laptop in front of them.
Your people work on their own computers and build a real automation task themselves, while we move around the room and help each of them get it finished. Fewer topics covered, far more that sticks.
Where it runs
We come to you anywhere in Czechia or Slovakia and run the session in your own meeting room, on your own machines. If you have no projector, or no screen large enough for the room, we bring our own.
The same session over video, screen-shared and recorded on request. Best for distributed teams, several sites at once, or when calendars are tight.
Four hours in one sitting is the standard, but we can split the training into two two-hour blocks on separate days so it fits around your operations.
There is no fixed length or price here, because there is no fixed scope. Some programmes are a single deep day for one department; others run as monthly blocks across a year, and most mix lectures for the wider company with workshops for the teams that will actually do the work. We quote after the audit, and the audit conversation itself costs nothing.

We spend time with the people doing the work, map where the hours go and identify where AI helps, where it does not, and where it would introduce risk you do not want.
We propose the programme: topics, depth, number of sessions, who attends what, and what each group should be able to do afterwards. You review and adjust before anything is booked.
We run the sessions on your material, then check in afterwards to see what stuck and what did not. Where it makes sense we train your own people to continue the programme internally.
Good to know
It depends on scope, so we quote after the audit rather than before. For reference, our packaged courses are €1,800 per session; a custom programme is priced against the number of sessions and the design work involved. The initial conversation and scoping are free.
Typically two to four weeks from the first call to the first session — the audit and design are what take the time. If you need something faster, a packaged course can usually be booked within days.
Yes, and this is a common reason clients choose the custom route. We have fifteen years of delivery in banking, insurance and payments, so constraints on data handling and approval chains are familiar ground rather than an obstacle we discover halfway through.
Yes. A train-the-trainer model is often the cheaper answer for large organisations, and we will suggest it ourselves when the numbers point that way. We prepare your internal people and hand over the materials.
