Your own documents, answering in their language
An assistant trained on your manuals, procedures and works rules. It answers employees around the clock, in whatever language they ask in, and shows which document each answer came from. Most of what reaches HR and the shift supervisors today, people settle themselves.
- 24/7
- including the night shift, when nobody is in the office
- 5 languages
- from the same documents, with no separate translation
- Every answer
- carries the document and section it came from
- Only yours
- it answers from your material, or says it does not know
Built for operations with foreign or agency staff on shifts — manufacturing, logistics, food production, warehousing.
A problem translating the handbook does not solve
Twenty people who do not speak the language is not twenty language problems. It is one, and it shows up a hundred times a day — at every question someone would have answered for themselves if they had understood.
The questions all land on two people
The HR officer and the shift supervisor. Not because it is their job, but because they are the only ones who can be asked.
The night shift has nobody to ask
A machine throws an error code at two in the morning and the manual is in a language the operator cannot read. The line stands until somebody who knows comes in.
Translating the documents is not enough
A translated handbook is still forty pages. Nobody reads forty pages to find out what to do with a bent part.
What is not written down is lost
Half of how your operation works lives with the supervisors, never on paper. When they are off, it is not available.
What the assistant does
It learns what you already have, and answers from that — nothing else.
Learns from your material
Word, PDF, a scan, SharePoint, the intranet, even a photo of the noticeboard. We take it in whatever shape it is in.
Answers in their language
The same answer, the same detail, whichever language the question came in. It does not get shorter because the person asking does not speak Czech.
Shows where it came from
Every answer names the document and the section. It can be checked — and when you change the document, the answer changes with it.
Says when it does not know
If the answer is not in your material, it says so and offers to hand over to a person. It does not improvise, and it does not guess at pay or health.
Hands over what should not be automated
Pay, workplace injury, resignation, anything medical — straight to HR, within the hour during working time.
Tells you what it could not answer
The questions it had no source for, and how often they came. That list is the cheapest map of what your operation has never written down.
What the employee sees
The same five questions in every language — two off the production floor, three of what lands on HR today. Switch between the tabs: the answer does not get shorter or vaguer in Tagalog.
This is a mock-up of the interface, not a live assistant — the language switch only swaps a prepared conversation. The answers are assembled from a sample employer's documents.
What you see
The other half: what the assistant has been given, what it is allowed to do with it, and what it could not answer. Uploading a document and changing a rule is your job, not a support ticket.
Knowledge base
What you have given the assistant. Anything you have written goes in — Word, PDF, a scan, a SharePoint export, a photo of the noticeboard. The assistant answers only from what is here.

Settings
What the assistant may and may not do. Changed as you go, without us — and every change applies from the next question.
When the answer is not in the material, the assistant says so and offers to hand over to a person. It does not fill in the gap itself.
The employee and you both see which document and which section the answer came from.
Czech, Slovak, English, Ukrainian, Tagalog. Adding another language does not require new documents.
Pay, workplace injury, resignation and anything health-related goes straight to HR — within the hour during working time.
The shift rota is valid to the end of the month. A week before, you get a reminder to upload the new one.
Health data and verbatim quotes do not reach the summaries management sees.
What the assistant could not answer
The cheapest source of information about what your people do not understand and what you have written down nowhere. Over the last month.
| Question | Times asked | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| When is the thirteenth salary paid? | 14× | Not in the material. Add it to the pay policy — one sentence is enough. |
| How do I get an appointment with a dentist? | 9× | No dentist on the list of doctors. Add the contact. |
| Can I take leave in December? | 7× | The rule exists, but only verbally with the supervisors. Write it down and upload it. |
| Where can I top up phone credit on site? | 5× | Not work-related. Leave it, or answer it in one line. |
How it runs
- 01
You send what you have
Manuals, procedures, works rules, the accommodation contract, the shift rota. In whatever shape it is in — we do not need it tidied up first.
- 02
We fill the gaps with the supervisors
An hour with the people who get asked the most. What they answer daily and have never written down is what the assistant most needs.
- 03
A pilot on one shift
One shift or one department for two weeks. You see every question asked and every answer given before anyone else gets the link.
- 04
You run it from there
Upload a document, change a rule, add a language. All of it in the admin view, without us.
FAQ
- Can it make something up?
- It answers only from the documents you gave it, and every answer names its source. Where there is no source, it says it does not know and offers a person. That is a setting, and it is on by default.
- What happens with pay or health questions?
- Those are handed over, not answered. Pay, workplace injury, resignation and anything medical go straight to HR. You decide which topics are on that list.
- Our documents are a mess. Is that a problem?
- No. Scans, photos, a folder nobody has tidied since 2019 — that is the normal starting point. The part that takes an hour of your time is what the supervisors know and nobody wrote down.
- Which languages can it answer in?
- Czech, Slovak, English, Ukrainian, Tagalog and others on request, all from the same documents. Adding a language does not mean translating anything.
- Do we see what people ask?
- You see the questions and the answers, and the list of what it could not answer. Whether individual conversations are attributed to named people is your decision and your people are told either way.
